Lemon Drop
vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice
Invented by Norman Hobday of Henry Africa’s, San Francisco, c. 1970, and remained popular through the 1990s.
Lemon Drop
Prepare a chilled cocktail glass with a sugared rim.
Shake with ice:
- 1 1/2 oz citron vodka
- 1 oz triple sec
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
Strain into the prepared glass.
